Biography

The Grandparents

Chip is excited to see him at first, but his excitement quickly fades when he realizes that Colonel became disabled. During the episode, he is made "Colonel's Apprentice", making him have to bathe Colonel and cut his vegetables for him.

He currently has white hair. He wears a purple shirt, jeans, and a tie. He's always in a wheelchair, due to being disabled.
